Dual-SIM Butterfly S Coming to China Soon
The Butterfly S is a pretty great phone, and it?s good to see HTC continue to update a fresh product line that?s been so successful in Asia. Those in China will be happy to know that a dual-SIM version of the device is coming there. There?s just one change really, it?s 0.3 mm thicker, to make room for another SIM card. Of course, the rest of the phone is the same with its 1.9 Ghz Snapdragon 600, 2GB of RAM and all the features that make it such a great device.

It?s been some time since we heard anything of Nvidia and their Tegra 4 CPU but, now we?re seeing ZTE launch a phone packing Nvidia?s most powerful CPU yet. Samsung?s Galaxy Mega 5.8 and 6.3 DUOS Leak Out
If you thought that Samsung didn?t want to sell the Galaxy Mega devices in China, you can think again because both the Galaxy Mega 5.8 and the Galaxy Mega 6.3 have leaked out in DUOS form. That means the devices will be dual-SIM capable and yet still come with the same sort of specs as before. That means a qHD display for the Mega 5.8 and a 720p one for the Mega 6.3. Both devices will come with a dual-core CPU and 1.5GB of RAM.
Huawei Announce MediaPad 7 Youth, a Device that Can Make Calls as well
7-inch smartphone/tablet hybrids are becoming more and more common. Huawei has just announced the MediaPad 7 Youth, a 7-inch Android tablet that packs a 1080p display, dual-core 1.6 Ghz CPU and more. It?s capable of taking and receiving voice calls as well. There?s nothing to suggest that this will be available outside of China for now but, we think Huawei is looking to make a more international release out of this one.
Nubia Z5 Mini Official; Much of the Old Phone Still Here
While the Z5 Mini is designed to be a cheaper device, it?s not too far behind the larger version of the device. Coming in at 4.7-inches, with the same?quad-core Snapdragon S4 Pro, 2GB of RAM, 2,300mAh battery, 13MP f/2.2 rear camera and 5MP front camera the only thing that has changed is the screen resolution ? down from 1080p to 720p. The device will have 3G support for China Mobile, China Telecom and China Unicom. There?s only 16GB of storage here but, at the price of??1,888 ($308), how much can you complain?
HTC to Bring Desire 500 to China Soon
Even with the Desire 600 on shelves, it looks like HTC has more room in their line-up for Desire branded smartphones. The 500 is teased with the tagline of??Energy of the young, imagination of the boundless,? which could make this a smaller device, aimed at those getting their first smartphone. It?s not a bad idea but, hopefully HTC won?t be skimping on the specs too much here.
