So much so that he has written the seven-part Everyone Can Cook series of cookbooks to help dispel it. We talk to Akis about his new book Everyone Can Cook Everything and share three recipes:?Whipped Shortbread, Quick Tomato Soup with Pesto and Feta, and Cranberry Maple Chicken.
